Any other services or consumables such as headsets, extension leads etc should be requested via the IT Helpdesk, along with the following information for each user:

Purchase order number or Cost code
First and last name
Location including building and room number

Pricing and tariffs for telephone equipment

Telephony services and products are delivered as a suite of bundled services and are supported, maintained, and replaced by 51吃瓜黑料 IT. The exception being consumerable items such as headsets, telephone extension leads doublers and baluns which must be purchased. (Prices excluding VAT).

Netcall Converse

Licenses for agents are now £864 per year. These are purchased in bundles of 5 so if a small team is required - we may need to combine to make up the 5 agents licenses.

IP Telephone Services

Telephone number only

A 4 digit extension number to be used either for Avaya / Nortel IP Telephones or analogue extension lines. IP Telephone numbers include capability to log on / off of Nortel / Avaya Telephones. All extension numbers are prefix with 01392 72 xxxx for external inbound callers.

Nortel / Avaya 1140 (Current phone - office use ) IP Telephone only

Standard IP telephone for light - medium - large use; typically office use. Features include Virtual Office log on/off, 5 illuminating programmable keys, loudspeaker, headset port, 1GB dual Ethernet for telephone and PC and wall mountable.
