The University of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ is offering scholarships worth ?5,000 to international students from China (mainland) enrolling on an eligible Postgraduate Taught (Masters) programme in September 2026 or January 2027.

These scholarships help make sure aspiring students from this country can pursue their chosen taught Masters degree and take their place in our thriving university community. Here, students will develop their academic skills for the future and contribute to a diverse student experience. 

Scholarships available:

Awards for January 2027 entry are currently being offered for the programmes listed below only ¨C no other programmes are eligible:

Business, Finance, and Management

• MSc Business Analytics
• MSc Business and Management
• MSc Finance and Management
• MSc International Business and Strategy
• MSc Marketing Management

Computer and Data Science

• MSc Advanced Data Science
• MSc Computer Science
• MSc Data Science

Engineering

• MSc Engineering Business Management
• MSc International Supply Chain Management

Entry requirements

These awards are available to applicants who:

• are a citizen/passport holder of China (mainland) and therefore classed as an International student for fees purposes;
• hold an offer to study an eligible Masters programme at the University of 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ beginning in the 2026/27 academic year.

And will be received by those who go on to:

• meet the conditions of that offer as set out in their offer letter, including paying a tuition fees deposit;
• enrol on that programme in 2026/27.

(These awards are intended for self-funded students.)

To make your Masters programme application please visit our Postgraduate taught study pages for January 2027 entry 

This scholarship will be allocated automatically to eligible applicants applying for entry in the 2026/27 academic year. A separate application is not required. 

These scholarships are awarded as a reduction in the tuition fees for the first year of study. They are not recurrent for subsequent years of study. This award can be combined with an 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Excellence Scholarship 2026/27 - Postgraduate Taught award to a maximum award value of ?10,000.
