Are you a woman researcher wondering what's next - or how to get there with confidence? Whether you are stuck, ready to grow, or simply in need of space to think, UNIque is a powerful 8-week development programme that is already helped hundreds of women researchers take bold, brilliant next steps.

Here's how you know it's the right programme for you:.

- You want to grow, but feel stuck - You've got experience, ambition and ideas - but something's holding you back.

It might be confidence, clarity, or just too many options (or too few).

- You're tired of waiting for permission - You want to lead, speak up, or change direction - and you're ready to stop waiting for someone else to tap you on the shoulder.

- 5 interactive Zoom sessions every 2 weeks to keep you on track.

- Reflection tools and exercises challenging you to move forward.

- Support from an experienced coach and your peers.

- Real-life strategies for confidence and clarity.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to: - Navigate the research environment with greater confidence, understanding how universities and research careers are structured and where they fit within them.

- Identify their own values, strengths and motivations, and articulate more clearly what they want from their career.

- Evaluate the range of career paths open to them, within academia and beyond, and recognise how to build their profile, network and visibility.

- Set meaningful, personally relevant goals and translate reflection into a practical, actionable career plan.

- Draw perspective and support from a community of women researchers facing similar challenges, reducing isolation and building lasting professional connections.
