Course Overview: Develop the essential skills needed to build strong professional relationships, communicate with confidence, and navigate workplace challenges effectively.

This session explores the foundations of effective interpersonal communication, helping participants enhance their ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with others.

Through practical approaches to managing conflict and negotiation, attendees will learn how to handle difficult conversations constructively and achieve positive outcomes.

The session also focuses on perspective taking, enabling participants to better understand differing viewpoints, strengthen empathy, and build more productive and inclusive working relationships.
